Description

Tasting notes:
Catalpa is the Premium line of the Winery. The wines are elaborated with grapes from San Jose, Tupungato (Uco Valley) at 1.300 m.a.s.l., and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (6 months for the Chardonnay).
Made with grapes from vineyards located in San Jose, Tupungato, at 1 300 m.a.s.l.
Barrel aging: 12 months in French oak barrels (50%) and in stainless steel tanks (50%).
Colour: Deep and intense red.
Aroma: red fruit marmalade with notes of pepper and paprika. Minerality.
Mouth: full-bodied, structured, red fruit and spices. Somoke, tobacco.
