Varietal composition: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Malbec
Origin: Agrelo and Perdriel, Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza
A meticulous process of selection of the best bunches and grains is carried out. As it is about small identified lots, the whole wine is microvinified in 500 liter pots. The fermentation is carried out in whole grain with indigenous yeasts at a temperature between 25-27º C. Then in barrels it meets 100% of malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes:
Color: Deep red garnet, with vivid violet tones.
Aroma: Black fruit, flowers and herbal note. Complex, fresh and intense.
Taste: Great character and structure with round and long-end tannins.
