Tasting notes:
View: pale yellow with greenish tones.
Nose: aromas of white fruits such as peach, pear and pineapple are perceived. Its two months of aging in the barrel contributed to this excellent white wine, slight notes of vanilla.
Mouth: elegant, fresh, complex and balanced acidity.
Finish: long and smooth. Pairing: white meats, seafood and cheeses.
Drinking temperature: 10 º C.
