Description

Tasting Notes:
Eyes: White of yellow color with golden reflections; clean and bright.
Nose: Medium aromatic intensity, fruity and toasted character, with intense aromas of ripe white fruit, such as pears and white peaches, and notes of fresh butter, vanilla, plus floral tones (acacia and lavender).
Mouth: On the palate it is soft, dry, with medium acidity that accompanies the medium volume very well. Then, the middle of the mouth expresses the white fruit of the nose with notes of butter. It has a slightly greasy finish and a very attractive floral finish.
Storage: 6 years.
Serve at a temperature between 10 ° C and 12 ° C. Due to its structure and tension, it is ideal to enjoy with fatty fish, pieces of sushi and ceviche, oysters, or with soft cheeses with a moldy crust.
