Eyes: Greenish-yellow white with clean and bright reflections.
Nose: Loose aromas of fruity and fresh character reminiscent of citrus lime and lemon, with floral notes of verbena and orange blossom, plus herbal touches of anise and fennel.
Mouth: The entry on the palate is smooth, medium volume and balanced alcohol. The medium palate is fresh, with medium acidity, and repeats the citrus peel of the nose. It is somewhat mineral, with a slight texture and floral finish. An aromatic, light and fresh white; modern and pungent.
Storage: 5 years.
Serve at a temperature between 8 ° C and 10 ° C. Although it can be drunk alone, it goes very well with traditional Salta meals such as empanadas and humitas, or spicy dishes from Thai and Indian cuisine.
