In the mouth it feels remarkably rounded and gentle, with a long finish, excellent structure and well-balanced acidity, emphasizing its velvety and ample mouth-feel.
A full-bodied wine ideally served with sophisticated and complex dishes, like pork, and particularly dishes based on white sauces, mushrooms, etc.
